For this week's reading, we're diving back into the Tao Te Ching. These are useful passages for anyone who wrestles with a restless mind.

Tonight's evening reading is from Rainer Maria Rilke. It explores how important it is to be patient toward ourselves during life's setbacks since you never know what life has in store.
5.6.20
Tonight's evening reading is from the Indian philosopher Jiddu Krishnamurti. If you're feeling uneasy about life at the moment, this one might give you a new perspective on embracing the unknown.
4.29.20
Tonight's evening reading is from The Wisdom of Insecurity by Alan Watts. In my opinion, Watts is perhaps the best translator of Eastern wisdom for the Western mind. I hope it resonates.
4.22.20
This evening's reading is from The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It includes a riff on balance, emotional intelligence, and the importance of cultivating Presence. (Audio a little loud here and there, so thanks for your patience)
4.15.20
Our first evening reading is from The Tao Te Ching. Arguably one of the most profound spiritual texts out there. I hope you enjoy.
